    测测你是否面临肥胖危机

    1.现在的体重是否超出标准体重的10%以上?  
      2.家人是否多有发胖现象?
     3.健康状态是否不尽理想,有某些内分泌疾病以及性激素不平衡等现象?
     4.如果本身长期服药,是否不太清楚自己吃的是什么药?
     5.是否因太忙而有一餐没一餐的,经常中餐没吃就直接吃晚餐,或根本不吃早餐?
     6.是否偏爱酥脆食物(因为这类食物多是油炸的或脂肪含量很高)?
     7.吃肉时是否连皮一起吃?
     8.是否一天中有三分之二的摄食机会是在外面解决的?
     9.工作时是否长期坐着不动?
     10.开车族是否多将汽车停在距目的地百步之内,搭车族下车地点是否多距目的地在百步内,因而减少走路机会?
     11.是否习惯一下班回家就坐下来吃饭或看电视,然后一直坐到睡觉时间?
     12.是否每周运动少于两次(每次至少40分钟),或每周运动时间不足两小时?
     13.自己或亲友是否经常以吃大餐作为庆祝特别节日或成就的惟一方案?
     14.是否会因身材压力而变得害怕吃东西,甚至对于吃任何东西都有严重的罪恶感?
     15.在有上提现象时,自己有时又会因心情极度低落而不断地吃,似乎永远没有饱的感觉?
      以上15个问题,如果你回答“是”的超过7个,就表示你正面临肥胖的危机,如果回答“是”的多于10个,那么,不但你的肥胖危机难以解决,还可能面临持续不断胖下去的严重后果。
